Volunteering at Freemantle
We welcome volunteers to join us at Freemantle Academy. If you have a skill that you would like to share with our children, support with educational visits, share your love of reading or even support in tending the Academy grounds, we would hope to receive an application from you.
Our Volunteer Policy ensures that safeguarding is our priority. If you apply for a volunteer position we will set up a time for a meeting with you. We will contact your referees and we will support you to apply for a DBS. We will also provide an induction programme that will ensure you have received the training you need to be successful in your role, focussing on safeguarding, Academy policies and our volunteer code of conduct.
We look forward to welcoming many more volunteers in the hope that they will enrich the lives of our children, here at Freemantle.
