AT SOUTHERN KARATE, EVERYONE IS WELCOME!

 

All of our classes are friendly and informative. With an emphasis on self discipline, fitness and FUN!

 

Our instructors take all individual skills, fitness, age and abilities into consideration and have many years’ experience of teaching traditional karate.

 

Our classes are run on a progressive grade structure, where students start at the very beginning, training and progressing at their own pace.
