We continue to be amazed at how well the children have settled, well done to all our fab pupils. As restrictions lift nationally, the academy will also look to 'ease' some areas. This will be done in a careful and progamatic way. We will not put pupils and staff at risk. The academy will remain vigilant, and we ask that parents do the same and support us to continue to get things back on 'an even keel'. As the children are settled, we will now be implementing the LA and national guidance on absence and lateness......thank you for your support in getting the children to school and on time, it helps them to settle in the morning and helps us to support their learning.

Main Class Timetables and Documents

Hi everyone,

Thanks so much to those of you who sent your suspense stories at the end of last week. I have been working my way through them over the weekend and have been very impressed by how much you have remembered from our learning in class, both recently and from all the way back in Autumn Term when we wrote tales of fear originally - the stories have been excellent and it has been really nice to read your creative writing having not read any for so long. I will be sending some of my thoughts back to you individually over the course of this week.

I have included a submission form this week as well so if you are able to, I'd love to read your non-fiction writing from this week.

Nobody has solved my maths problems though so I can't give any shout-outs to super mathematicians this week! They're still available on the Year 6 main class page if anything thinks they've got what it takes to solve them.

Stay safe and I hope to see you all soon.

Mr Seymour
