PE is on a Monday afternoon. Children should wear black or navy joggers or shorts and white t-shirt. They should also have their school jumper or cardigan especially in the colder weather. For shoes, children should have on velcro trainers or plimsoles.
Our library slot is on a Friday. Children are encouraged to return this weekly and choose their next book to have read to them at home.
If your child has started bringing home a 'Big Cat' phonics book, these should be read daily with your child and returned on a Monday and Thursday.
Some groups also have a phonics booklets, these should also be revised at home based on the sound learnt on the Phonics Overview sheet provided at the start of each half term.
We will keep parents up to date on the learning taking place in school via Marvellous Me and Tapestry. Communication between parents and school is important to us and it is vital that you know what your child is learning so that you can support them at home too.
