If you are worried

At Freemantle, we want every child and family to feel safe, happy and supported. If you or your child is worried about something, please speak to a member of our Freemantle Team.

We encourage you and your child to speak to a trusted adult at the academy, such as your child's class teacher, our SEND team, or our IT Manager (for online concerns) who will be able to support you. We are all always happy to listen and work with you to understand what is happening and decide how best we can help.

If your child tells you something that worries you, try to remain calm, listen carefully and avoid asking lots of questions. Make a note of what they have said and share your concerns with the school.

Remember, that no worry is too small. By working together, we can help our children feel listened to, supported and confident to ask for help whenever they need it.
