Good news....... Good news...........Good news, we are opening for all year groups in September; we are so excited and looking forward to seeing all the children returning.........remember to keep an eye out for further information............... The last day of term for children including our key worker families, is Friday 10th July- The academy reopens 1st to 4th September..... and we say a very sad but fond farewell to all of our children, especially our year 6's. We wish you the very best of luck at your new schools and invite you back to see us at any time............ you will all be missed.

Hi Year 6,

 

Today is a special day as it marks the 75th anniversary of VE Day (Victory in Europe in World War 2). Having learned about World War Two together earlier this year, you'll know the terrible human cost in lives and time that WW2 took and so it is important that we take every opportunity to remember the war and those who sacrificed so much in it.

 

There is lots of information about VE Day available on the internet and loads of activities you can do at home. I've put some links below to information/activities for you to use if you'd like:
