22/04/2020 - Updated Reading List

Hello again Year 6,

As always, I hope you are all well and finding time to get outdoors in a safe way.

With so much time on your hands, I hope you are taking advantage of being able to spend more time with your families but also, of course, I hope you are (you know what I'm going to say by now).

So to help you with your reading, I've updated the Year 6 Recommended Reading List and have made it my mission this time to ensure I find as many books with fabulous female protagonists as possible. I've found some excellent books from a wide range of genres and an even wider range of authors. From science-fiction to fantasy, modern takes on Russian fairytales, adventures, horror stories about residential trips gone wrong, I hope within the updated books you can find something you would like to read. The first three and a half pages of the reading list are all brand new books.

I myself am working my way through Skyward, Orphans of the Tide and The Way Past Winter.

Lastly, if you have read something in your time off that's not on my list and is simply too good to ignore, you can get in contact with me below. Tell me what it is and why I should read it/add it to the list!

I hope to see you all soon.

Mr Seymour
